Keväällä Kuopiossa kokoonnuimme päättämään Veto- ja pitovoimaa monikulttuurisesta työyhteisöstä Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialueelle (VETOA) -hanketta ja tarkastelemaan, mitä hankkeen aikana opimme monikulttuurisista työyhteisöistä. Maaliskuussa 2024 käynnistynyt Itä-Suomen yliopiston hoitotieteen laitoksen, humanistisen osaston ja jatkuvan oppimisen keskuksen yhteinen ESR+ -rahoitteinen hanke sai alkunsa tilanteessa, jossa kansainvälinen rekrytointi lisääntyi.
