Written instructions on how to use the Josku database and its different functions can be found from Josku by clicking the Help-link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
In addition, the library has made video guides of Josku’s basic functions to YouTube. Anybody can watch the videos from the library’s YouTube channel: UEFLibrary. Links to the videos can also be found from Josku.

Furthermore, you can find video guides on the Universal Borrowing, i.e. how to make UB requests from the National Repository Library’s Vaari database. All our customers can place requests on items which are available for loan at the National Repository Library. Students and members of staff of the University of Eastern Finland can also make article requests from the journals at the National Repository Library.
