Dr Biljana Jovic is a graduated engineer of forestry & landscape architecture. She has completed her doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade in the scientific field of descriptive geometry and geometry of architectural form in 2012. Since 2012 she organizes the annual exhibition of student works at the Faculty of Forestry, Department of Landscape Architecture and Horticulture. She is a member of the Serbian Association for Geometry and Graphics (SUGIG) and the International Association for Geometry and Graphics (ISGG). BALTGRAF 2013 – Conference on Geometry and Graphics of the Baltic countries, reviewer and member of the Scientific Committee, Riga, Latvia. Reviewer at international conferences for geometry and graphics (ISGG) 2014 Innsbruck, Austria, ICGG 2016 – Beijing, China and ICGG2018 Milano, Italy. She was a finalist on Asia Design Modeling Contest Tokyo Japan ADMC 2017 and a participant and Conference Chair on Asia Forum on Graphic Science AFGS 2017 Tokyo Japan August 2017.
Currently on position Deputy Chair for Landscape Planning and Design and Head of Master Studies at all four Departments at the Faculty of Forestry, University of Belgrade.
In March 2018, Biljana visited UEF as part of the Erasmus+ Global Mobility Programme to continue and develop the partnership between UEF’s School of Forestry and the Faculty of Forestry at the University of Belgrade.
