{"id":1191,"date":"2025-10-09T12:56:08","date_gmt":"2025-10-09T10:56:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.uef.fi\/isila\/?p=1191"},"modified":"2026-03-30T13:02:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T11:02:06","slug":"reflecting-on-the-pilots","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uef.fi\/isila\/2025\/10\/09\/reflecting-on-the-pilots\/","title":{"rendered":"Reflecting on the pilots"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We have released the ISILA Piloting Report, which presents a comprehensive overview of the piloting activities carried out during the ISILA project across partner institutions, encompassing a diverse range of courses, from Object-Oriented Programming and Distributed Systems to Social Network Analysis and Digital Design. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pilots involved systematic collection of learning data, the design and execution of both general and personalized interventions, and the evaluation of their effects through continuous feedback loops. Across the various institutions, instructors employed learning analytics dashboards to monitor student behavior, identify early signs of disengagement or emotional distress, and implement timely interventions. These interventions were categorized into general (affecting the whole class) and individual (tailored by student profile), and were further adapted based on changes observed in the students\u2019 activity patterns between checkpoints.
