The session introduced learning analytics through a practical and pedagogically grounded lens, highlighting how data can support more responsive and personalized teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training began by framing learning analytics within the broader shift toward data-informed education. Nemanja Zdravkovi\u0107 outlined key concepts and emphasized that analytics is not just about technology, but about improving teaching decisions through evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A central takeaway was the value of early insight. Using multimodal dashboards\u2014bringing together data from multiple sources\u2014teachers can identify patterns in student engagement and respond before challenges escalate. Even simple indicators, when used at the right moment, can make a meaningful difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Practical examples shared by Jovana Jovi\u0107 demonstrated how analytics tools can be adapted across subjects and teaching contexts. The focus remained on usability: how educators can integrate data into everyday practice without needing complex systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session also highlighted the importance of turning insight into action. An\u0111ela Gruji\u0107 presented approaches to data-driven interventions, showing how structured monitoring can support timely feedback, instructional adjustments, and targeted student support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the training, participants reflected on feasibility, ethics, and institutional readiness.
