At the end of September 2024, Adj. Prof. Kajar K\u00f6ster visited NEFU facilities in Harbin, the Wildland Fire Behavior Research Laboratory near Harbin, and study areas near Mohe (prescribed fire areas and the Great Black Dragon fire
