The training discusses different types of self-employment, entrepreneurial skills and starting your own business, and provides information on how new digital technologies and service design can support customer interaction. The training includes case examples from the business world and presentations from work life experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can select individual training events to include in your portfolio\/CV etc. By attending all training events (19 hrs) and completing the required assignments, you can earn 3 ECTS credits. 1) Humanities students can include the credits for example in&nbsp;Work Experience 1\u201310 ECTS studies\/course 2) Computing students can include the credits in Optional and minor subject studies.&nbsp;Discuss credit incorporation with the respective course instructors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The required assignments for 3 credits:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learning journal (12-14 pages) where you reflect on the themes of the training events. You must attend all training events.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Smaller assignments based on each theme (1-2 pages) to deepen your learning. These can be included in the learning journal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating a business idea (alone or in pairs). The idea can be submitted to the Business Joensuu Start Me Up business idea competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>More detailed instructions, materials can be found on <a href=\"https:\/\/digicampus.fi\/course\/view.php?id=4910\">DigiCampus.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FIN:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opintosuorituksen ohjeet korkeakouluopiskelijoille<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4koulutuksessa (19 h) perehdyt\u00e4\u00e4n itsens\u00e4 ty\u00f6llist\u00e4misen perusteisiin asiakasl\u00e4ht\u00f6isest\u00e4 n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Koulutuksessa k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n itsens\u00e4 ty\u00f6llist\u00e4misen muotoja, yritt\u00e4jyysvalmiuksia ja liiketoiminnan k\u00e4ynnist\u00e4mist\u00e4. Koulutus tarjoaa tietoa uusista digiteknologioista ja palvelumuotoilusta monikielisten ja -kulttuuristen asiakaskohtaamisten tukena. Koulutukseen sis\u00e4ltyy ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n asiantuntijoiden alustuksia ja tapausesimerkkej\u00e4 yritt\u00e4jien kertomana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koulutusta voi hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 osaamisportfoliossa ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4tapahtumana. Koulutuksen kaikkiin tilaisuuksiin osallistumisesta on mahdollista saada 3 op oppimisp\u00e4iv\u00e4kirjaa ja teht\u00e4vi\u00e4 vastaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Humanistisen alojen opiskelijat voivat sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4\u00e4 opintosuorituksen esimerkiksi opintojaksoon Ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n suuntaavat opinnot 1\u201310 op tai muihin ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4opintoihin. Tietojenk\u00e4sittelytieteen opiskelijat voivat sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4\u00e4 suorituksen vapaavalintaisiin opintoihin. Suorituksen sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4misest\u00e4 ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4opintoihin tai vapaavalintaisiin opintoihin on sovittava etuk\u00e4teen kyseisen opintojakson vastuuopettajan kanssa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oppimisp\u00e4iv\u00e4kirja ja teht\u00e4v\u00e4t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oppimisp\u00e4iv\u00e4kirja yhteens\u00e4 noin 12\u201314 sivua. Jokaisesta koulutuksen tapaamisesta (5 x 2\u20134 h) kirjoitetaan noin 2 sivua kokoavaa pohdintaa opintop\u00e4iv\u00e4kirjan muodossa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oppimisp\u00e4iv\u00e4kirjan lis\u00e4ksi tehd\u00e4\u00e4n itsen\u00e4isesti tapaamisten teemoihin liittyvi\u00e4 kirjallisia teht\u00e4vi\u00e4, joiden avulla syvennet\u00e4\u00e4n jo opittua. Teht\u00e4vien laajuus on noin 1\u20132 sivua\/teht\u00e4v\u00e4.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yksil\u00f6- tai ryhm\u00e4ty\u00f6n\u00e4 liikeidean kehitt\u00e4minen.
